Free shipping offer applies to ground shipping on WHOLESALE PURCHASE ONLY and is excluded from the following territories and states: NT, YT & NU, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. To make sure that shipments to addresses with rural routes get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order.

Orders usually ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
We may use sub-contracted delivery services to some rural destinations. Not all delivery options are available in these circumstances. All Embrace Equine Products Shipments are sent by UPS / United Postal Service.

Most orders are shipped next business day after order; please allow 7-10 days for delivery
**Orders to rural areas may take 1-2 days longer than the posted dates to Major City Centers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in North America, (Canada and mainland USA). We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in North America, (Canada and mainland USA) only. Any shipments outside of North America, (Canada and mainland USA) are not available at this time.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
